Opening times for Museum and Museum Shop in February:

Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last admission to the Museum at 4 p.m.)

Bistro Knopf and the Factory Outlet are temporarily closed.

Dear Steiff Museum visitors,

Due to the current Corona ordinance of the Baden-Württemberg state government, the following conditions apply to the visit:

Admission to the Museum is only possible if fully vaccinated or recovered.

Admission to the Museum Shop is possible if fully vaccinated, recovered or tested.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please have proof of eligibility (recovery confirmation or digital vaccination certificate) ready and show it to security at the entrance.

Please also note the currently valid hygiene rules:
- The wearing of FFP2 masks is compulsory from 18 years of age, children up to 17 years must wear medical masks
- Please keep the minimum distance of 2m

Group price (from 20 persons) per person	8,00 €
School and kindergarten groups* per child	5,00 €
Family ticket (2 adults and their children up to 17 years, persons living in the same household)	30,00 €
Steiff Club members and children under 5 years of age have free admission. Birthday children also have free admission on their birthday, upon presentation of their ID. * The price does not apply to evening school classes, vocational schools, part-time or vocational schools, not on Sundays and public holidays Children under 16 years of age can only visit the Steiff Museum when accompanied by an adult. The museum is equipped barrier-free! Unfortunately it is not allowed to bring animals with you!

Steiff Factory Outlet	temporarily closed
Bistro Knopf	temporarily closed
Birthplace of Margarete Steiff	The birthplace can only be visited on a guided tour. Only possible with advance reservation!
Closed on the following public holidays	25 - 26 December, 01 January (on 24 and 31 December only open until 1 p.m.)

NOTE: The half-timbered house is located next to the Bistro Knopf at Steiff Museum

Arrival by car:

Motorway A7 exit Giengen/Herbrechtingen
Afterwards just follow the teddy head.
For car drivers, the visitor car park offers sufficient parking space.
Parking is free for our visitors for the first 4 hours (validation of the ticket at the cash desk in the shop)

Train journey:

Rail travellers can also reach Giengen directly via Ulm or Aalen. The Steiff Museum is a 3 minute walk from the station. Follow the red bear paws.
