One of the most iconic characters from the comic strip Peanuts is the lovable creation of Charles Schulz’s Snoopy, an anthropomorphic beagle. Snoopy is a loyal, imaginative, and a good-natured beagle who is prone to imagining fantasy lives. Here he lives the life of a Beagle Scout first seen in the 1974 strip. Snoopy as a “Beagle Scout” is a pun on Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. We are delighted to see his return to the Steiff range, celebrating Beagle Scout’s 50th anniversary. And just as Beagle Scout has become Snoopy’s favoured character, we are sure he will become yours too.
