A pre-order is an order you can place for an item before it is in stock and available for delivery. These items are clearly labeled with a "Pre-Order" badge and a "Pre-Order Now" button.

• Limited Editions are released twice every year in the Spring and the Fall. You may choose to pre-order these items in the event that they sell out quickly.
• Large Studio Animals are hand-made to order in Germany and may only be available for special pre-order. This means that it may take up to 2-3 months from the date-of-purchase to receive your order. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule a delivery. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to allow the driver to bring the item into the residence or business, take it out of the large crated box, and remove the crated box when they leave.

When an order is placed for a pre-order item:

• Your card will be charged in full once the order has been successfully placed.
• We do not guarantee the shipment/delivery of pre-ordered items on a requested date. Items released in the Spring will come into stock throughout the first half of the year. Items released in the Fall will come into stock during the second half of the year.
• Once the item arrives at our fulfillment center from Germany, your order will immediately be processed and shipped. Pre-orders are fulfilled on a "first in/first out" basis.

When an order contains both available and pre-order items:

• Pre-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
• For international shipments, your entire order will only be shipped once all items are available.
